If you wish to return or exchange something in your order then please send them back to us within 15 days. To qualify for a refund/exchange, all items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once you have started making your kit we are unable to accept it as a return unless it is faulty.

For all returns and exchanges please include your order number along with a brief description of the nature of the exchange/return. Please be aware that we cannot pay for return shipping right now.

Due to the nature of these items: Personalised, customised to made to order crochet items, unless they arrives damaged of defective, they are all non returnable.

We aim to refund you as quickly as possible when an item is returned to us. Most refunds are processed within 7-14 days of return. Depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 1-5 days for the payment to clear.

All refunds are done using the same payment method used on the original transaction.
